The sequel to ‘The Great American Songbook’ will feature Rod’s versions of more classic songs including ‘Stardust’, ‘As Time Goes By’ and ‘I Only Have Eyes for You’. The album is scheduled for release in October and recording will begin this week.
Meanwhile ‘It Had To Be You… The Great American Songbook’ continues to sell well. On this weeks official charts, it falls to No. 32 (from last weeks 25) in the UK and rises three places to No. 19 in the USA.
