Can you help J-Records?

After being informed of the article in the new issue of SMILER magazine, J-Records UK have asked if we could help them solve the problem some of our readers were having playing the new cd in car cd players. Apparently they only had ten reported problems and thought the problem was extremely isolated, but they are very concerned about the problem and wish to rectify it as soon as possible. Therefore J-Records asked if any of our readers who could not play the cd on a car system would phone customer services on 0207 384 7500 and tell them what kind of system the cd would not play on so they could look into it. They also said that it would not be a problem if anyone wanted a refund in exchange for the cd due to this problem.
