The stripy jacket reminds me of the clothing I wore back in the day! Whilst pastelling, I played some of his greatest hits to keep me in the Rod zone!”

On Saturday Rod posted a photo of breakfast in Miami and captioned it You can take the Rod out of London but you can’t London out of the Rod!
The photo showed Rod enjoying his HP Sauce.

What’s On
Penny will start the Matching 10K on 4th May 2026
The route takes runners through the beautiful rural landscapes of west Essex and East Hertfordshire communities. It will be a truly unique experience, as this route can only be accessed on this one day. Part of the run is on private land that will be opened exclusively for this race event,
Matching 10K CIC (Community Interest Company) has been set up with the sole purpose of establishing a community based 10km road race event.

Penny has given ab interview to Best magazine this week
In it she joked how she ‘deserves a medal’ for her 26-year relationship with Sir Rod as she marked their anniversary.
She told Best magazine: ‘Yes, 26 years! I deserve a medal, don’t I? Only joking. ‘We don’t take each other for granted and make sure we have date nights together – dinner, the theatre or whatever, doing the school run together and having an ‘a deux’ coffee on the way home, long romantic walks together…
She added: ‘We flirt with each other and make each other laugh.’

Ashley Hamilton
We wish Ashley Hamilton all the best as he recovers in hospital after suffering an apparent overdose.
Reports in America say Ashley was found last Thursday in an L.A.-area Airbnb, and was experiencing a medical emergency related to an unknown substance.
Ashley is the son of actor George Hamilton and Alana Stewart, and was the stepson of Rod when he and Alana were married. Ashley and his siblings — including Kimberly Stewart and Sean Stewart — starred in the 2015 reality show “Stewarts & Hamiltons.”.
