It Had To Be You – The Great American Songbook’ may finally be running out of steam.
In this weeks American charts it slips to No.40 with 20 weeks inside the Top 40, whilst in the UK it is down to No. 73 with a run of 18 weeks. Both chart runs are Rod’s longest since 1993’s ‘Unplugged and seated’.
The album has now sold over 1.4million units in the USA alone and is platinum on both sides of the Atlantic.
