Rod’s show at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater Alabama has been canceled,
The Tuscaloosa Amphitheater announced that Rod’s cancellation comes due to his doctors recommending “two days of vocal rest.”
The full Amphitheater statement is below:
“The Rod Stewart concert scheduled for tonight, July 16th at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater has been canceled based on Mr. Stewart’s doctor’s recommendation of two days of vocal rest.
The singer adds, “It breaks my heart to cancel knowing that so many people have made plans but I don’t want to give my Tuscaloosa fans a performance that isn’t my best.”
Ticket refunds will be issued at the purchaser’s original point of purchase. There are no plans to reschedule at this time.”
