Rod and Penny called in to the BBC today to cheer on his old mate Tommy Steel at the One Show rehersals
Tommy who said he used to play football with Rod was amazed to see Rod shouting and cheering for him in the crowd so asked Rod why he was there..Rod told him he had heard he was on the show so brought Penny along to hear him sing!
Tommy was on the show performing ‘It Don’t mean A Thing’ From The Glenn Miller Story.
