Rod and Penny hired tribute act “Rud Stewart” to record a £20 funny video for Rod’s son Liam’s 26th Birthday last year
Yorkshireman Michael Dean, who is based in Sweden was dressed in a pink jacket and leopard print shirt for the personalised message he sent to Liam
In the video, ‘Rud’ said: “I’ve got a message here from Penny Lancaster- not too shabby” He went on to say..
“Happy Birthday Liam, you’re in my heart.
“Remember, no matter how old you feel, you’ll never be as old, pissed up or washed up as me, Rod.
“This is for you, from Rod and Penny.”
Talking of the experience Rud told SMILER today “Don’t wait for opportunities create them 🙂 it’s awesome doing this for the Stewart’s simply awesome”
Rud finished the video by giving Liam his renditions of Rod’s hits ‘Have I told You Lately That I Love You’, and ‘Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?’
