We enjoy it a lot,; my wife Kathie’s favorite track is “It’s a Heartache”. Did you know Badfinger’s drummer, Mike Gibbins, played drums on Bonnie Tyler’s version? I’ve loved Rod’s voice ever since I heard him sing “Shake”, I think he did it with Long John Baldry’s band but I’m not sure, either way the version he did was fantastic.
I was made up to hear his take on ‘Day after Day’, and thankful for his making the song a hit again.
