Sean Collier from Allegheny County Office of Special Events contacted SMILER to let us know about there
“Ties on Tour” event, to benefit Allegheny County (Pittsburgh, PA)’s Kane Regional Assisted Living Facilities, by auctioning off one-of-a-kind celebrity owned and autographed neckties. Rod Stewart was generous enough to donate not one, but two ties from his personal collection to this worthy cause. They have just taken there auction online, and will be accepting bids until June the 30th. If any SMILER members would be interested in bidding on these ties (the top two bidders will receive one tie apiece,) please go to:
