Rod did another successful book signing on Saturday morning and Fans old and young packed into Glasgow’s St Enoch Centre to catch a glimpse of him.
Rod arrived with his son Alastair, brother Don and two friends and was clearly delighted to be back in Glasgow.
He arrived in the city a little later than planned due to fog, but made sure he signed every one of the 500 books he was given to sign.
Hundreds of fans had queued to meet Rod some for up to 17 hours in the biting cold, including SMILER member Pauline McNish who was proudly displaying her SMILER badge and had met Rod last month in Las Vegas She told reporters: “I’ve been a fan for 36 years. We were away seeing him in Vegas and I got on stage to give him a Celtic scarf.
