Available to order now

Featuring a cover and inside shot by Penny Lancaster who graduated from her photography lessons with a diploma. Since then she has enjoyed her success as a specialized photographer, taking projects from newspapers and magazines. Penny also had a contract for a year with HELLO! magazine to shoot celebrities. Following this, she received assignments for beauty and fashion for many outlets such as The Sunday Times, Cosmo, Essentials and various Australian magazines. Penny also takes pictures of Rod for newspapers, fan mail, magazines and tour programs.

We also as usual have a mixture of the best shots from our very talented members plus some of the biggest names in Rock photography. This year we are proud to again have the inimitable Australian rock photographer Philip Morris who today boasts one of the most extensive photo archive libraries of Australian rock music and American photographer Dan Aitkins who specialises in music industry images on stage and in-studio. Our members have loved seeing their work in past calendars and they have done us proud yet again!. In addition to all this, we even have an exclusive SMILER twist added by artist Ray Gusselli.

Also joining us again is the very talented and popular Shannon Holliday whose work has been featured many times not only in the calendar but in SMILER magazine.

We are also proud to have joining in the project for the first time, concert photographer Jeff Bliss. Back in his college days he occasionally kicked a ball around with Rod who would come to campus for a bit of football practise. Jeff was also an extra in a soft drink commercial Rod was in back in the ’80’s and says it is special for him to help out on this year’s calendar.

The calendar will again be A3 size, printed on 200gsm silk paper with a gloss laminated 400gsm cover by Galloways Printers in the UK, who are celebrating their 150th year this year!

Calendars will be shipped from mid October.
