Kammy’s team includes Swansea City boss, Brendan Rodgers who shared the stage with Rod last week at Rod’s Swansea gig, Former Watford and Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd, Middlesbrough Chairman Steve Gibson, Daily Mail columnist Des Kelly, BBC Broadcaster Mark Clemmit, Marie Curie employees and fans representing 17 clubs from across the UK are also taking on the challenge.
