Talking to SMILER today the band told us the story behind the cover

‘We are very honored to hear from you at the Rod Stewart Fan Club in the UK. The reason I chose “You can make me dance” from many Faces numbers was because the vocalist MIZUKI was a big fan of Rod Stewart, longing for him and continuing to sing. And because I love Ronnie Wood’s guitar riffs and strings arrangements on the Faces songs, it’s a pop and very beautiful song.

I’m very sorry that Ronnie Lane left the band, but Japanese Mr. Tetsu Yamauchi was playing this song and I am proud of the Japanese people. Also, there are many people in Japan who don’t know this song, so I wanted to teach it to everyone. And I would like to continue to convey to the world that there are bands in Japan that are influenced by Rod Stewart and Faces’.
