On Sunday night Penny attended attended Madonna’s Celebration Tour at the 02 Arena and dressed up as the global superstar for the occasion.

Sing It Again Rod Update
Thanks for letting us see where you are displaying your Tim Jeffs Sing It Again Rod figures..Keep them coming.

As reported last week all 50 have now sold out but Tim has asked us to pass on his apologies for those still waiting for Rods. They are being worked on and each one is hand painted and we did give him a task and a half with Rod’s tartan scarf!

This week we feature a piece of art that is part of NO STRINGS ATTACHED – a creative project in partnership with Gibson Gives. and Rod was involved in ..

A 1-of-1 artwork a signed sratchplate by Rod and Jim Cregan. The artwork was Inspired by the song ‘Passion’ and painted by singer and artist Sam Tanner on the legendary soundboard of an acoustic GibsonGuitars J45. It raised ÂŁ1,750 this week in an auction with proceeds supporting Gibson Gives and the UK charity Retune.
Celtic Foundation
On Saturday ex – Celtic captain Scott Brown posted a selfi with Rod and captioned it ‘what a man’ The photo was taken at Friday nights Celtic FC Foundation who hosted its fifth annual fundraising Gala Dinner in London, it was yet another resounding success, raising a staggering net total of over ÂŁ410K.

Rod later provided impromptu renditions of âMaggie Mayâ and âYouâre In My Heartâ and was thanked for donating a prize for the auction.

Everyone had an amazing time at Dublin Castle attending 2faced – A Homage to the Faces on Wednesday..A special mention to SMILER founder John who joined the band for three numbers on keyboards. He did us proud!.

Rod and Penny ended the week attending an event at the OXO Tower to attend the launch of Street Child‘s latest photography exhibition, which “explores life through the eyes of 15-year-olds”.
Sharing details on the exhibition, Street Child shared: “F I F T E E N; through the lens of the next generation. Thank you to everyone who attended the launch of our new photography exhibition at London’s iconic Oxo Tower Wharf which explores life through the eyes of 15-year-olds in five countries where Street Child operates.
“We were honoured to be joined by special guests Penny Lancaster, Sir Rod Stewart, Chris Kamara and Nick Hewer. The exhibition is a celebration of Street Child’s 15th anniversary of working to see all children safe, in school, and learning. Like the teenagers whose photographs are on display, we are full of energy, growing fast and eager to face the challenges of the future so every child can access the education they deserve!”

Penny expressed her delight at having been invited to the event by resharing the Street Child the post on her own Instagram Stories.

While at the event Rod and Penny met football and TV legend Chris Kamara who was happy to share his pictures with SMILER [See our main photo]
