Rod has cancelled a concert scheduled for tomorrow in Poland as the country mourned 27 Poles killed in bus crash yesterday in the French Alps near Grenoble.
Organisers said the concert may be rescheduled for later this week.
Twenty-seven Poles died and a further 24 were injured yesterday after their bus sped off a cliff on a steep road in the French Alps.
The Poles were returning home from a Roman Catholic pilgrimage to Catholic holy sites primarily in Spain.
Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski announced a three-day period of national mourning until Wednesday midnight upon his return early Monday morning from the crash site in France.
