SMILER recently came across these amazing plant holders by Captain & Me the one pictured is the Rod pot featuring a great 80’s era painting.
Tennille. is a painter and maker living northwest of Melbourne, Australia, she created The Captain & Me company at the start of 2021. she had been filling her house with indoor plants during lockdown and wanted something unique to put them in. she loves music and movies so this subject was the natural evolution.
Speaking to SMILER today Tennille said “I’ve always created art in some form or another but only stumbled across painting portraits on planters during lockdown this year, This was a custom request from a die hard Rod Stewart fan”.
