Rod is set to release a remake of his monster 1979 disco hit “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy” And this time it is a collaboration with Dance/Rock band DNCE who are lead by Joe Jonas
The teaming sees a new partnership with Republic Records, the Universal Music Group label .
The song will be released this Friday 25th August.
Rod will also be heard blowing kisses on The Chris Evans Breakfast show hosted this week by Sara Cox in a recorded interview with Sara on BBC Radio 2 from 6.30 am in the morning [Thursday]
Rod will perform the song live remotely from Las Vegas at this Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.
