Even better than Monday!!

Glasgow Hydro Review 2/10/13 By Michaela Hombrecher

After the Great Night on Monday the expectations for tonight were really high. And so I’m happy to say that it was Even better than on Monday!!

Setlist was quite the same. He did Some Guys instead of She Makes me happy- maybe because he (Not me) Said on Monday that He fucked it up. I was a Bit sad about it cause I really liked the folk version they did with Chuck Kentis on the flute and the Girls Dancing River Dance flatley-style.

But Rod and the band seemed to Be more relaxed tonight cause they know the Hydro is working. On the first night Rod Said that he really wondered the Night before how it would be. But tonight he knew that the sound was Great and the seats are good, so they could just enjoy the show. And Rod did! He did a very good job singing and I haven’t Seen him Dancing and throwing around the mic that much for a Long Time, And it has been even longer since I saw some bras flying on stage.

I liked his nice and respectful words for his audience: “Maybe I could still be digging Graves if there wasn’t you to make this Happen.” So it was a Great Night. The scots really know how to celebrate. But what made it for me Even more Special was the warm welcome of a lot of nice Fans from all over the World. So a Big thank you to Liz and Pauline, Leslie and Brian, Karen and all the others. It was very nice to Share These days with you.
And – I Hope its ok- Another Special thanks to the great Security in the Hydro (Outside it was a Bit complicated with the Queues). Sometimes I posted After the Concerts that they are a pain in the ass, but tonight the Hydro- guys did a really good Job, especially the Guy in Front of us with the Rangers tattoo who sang with us the celtic-Song and helped me out with my Ball.
