The Duchess of Cornwall has closed a £5 billion deal in the City today as part of a global charity event expected to raise millions.
The ICAP 19th annual global charity day saw Camilla and celebrities including Rod, Penny, Lewis Hamilton, and Rupert Everett join hundreds of brokers sporting fancy dress to raise funds for more than 200 charities.
Rod and Penny were helping to raise more than £12 Million for charity by maning the phones in a bid to drum up business for the city Charity Day.
Boss Michael Spencer said “In these difficult times, this day is more important than ever”.
