Rod performed before the Queen at a reception in aid of the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) last night.
He gave a rendition of the song ‘The Way You Look Tonight’, which he dedicated to his fiancee,Penny Lancaster, adding: “We’re getting married in two weeks’ time.”
The event, before a seated audience at St James’s Palace in London, marked the merger of the RNIB and the National Library for the Blind (NLB).
