DEAR, they were coming fast and furious now and this book comes
across as nothing more than a cash-in job. It is full of so
many mistakes and so many steals that I'm loathed to say anything
positive about it at all. Giuliano's original interviews seem
to be confined to Denny Laine's ex-misses who apparently had
a low key affair with Rod in the seventies. The book is introduced
by Ginger Baker, something that still mystifies me all these
years later! At the last count it contained at least thirty
blatant errors. Once again, it is the photographs that save
the day.
The book was also published in paperback with the original hardback
worth no more than its original price tag. If you want fact,
this is not the book for you!
