Rod is first major act.
Joe Rich Heartland Canadian concert date

Deborah Cameron is riding back into the Kelowna concert scene and bringing with her Rod Stewart,
Cameron announced Rod as the first major act to play her Heartland concert site in Joe Rich on Aug. 15.
“This is going to be a monstrous show,” said Cameron at a press conference at Heartland on Friday. “Rod Stewart is the perfect choice for the community of Joe Rich. He appeals to all ages and his music and lyrics are not offensive.”
The concert still needs final approval by the Agriculture Land Commission and the regional district. But Cameron said she is confident it will be a go.
At Heartland, Cameron has been developing an outdoor concert venue for the past 2 1/2 years.
The 14-acre concert site will have 5,000 reserved seats and has space to accommodate up to 15,000 fans, although she expects 8,000 to 10,000 fans to watch Rod.
