Faces re-union could be on

But today's Sun say's Rod wont sign up

Today's Sun reports that The Faces are finally getting back together - but without Rod.
The report say's the three surviving members - guitarist Ronnie Wood, drummer Kenney Jones and keyboard player Ian McLagan - have begun rehearsing for a charity event this Christmas.

Rod has declined to join them as he has an album coming out this autumn and fears taking part in the reunion would detract from it.
They have said the band plan to replace Rod with special guests.

Rehearsals are said to have already begun for the gig at The Royal Albert Hall and everyone is really positive. If it goes well, they intend to stage some more
