ABOUT ROD - News, December 3, 2009: Smiler / RTC Christmas Meet.

A reminder of the Smiler / RTC Christmas meet.
As last year we thought it would be fun to have another crack at seeing the Quireboys at the London Forum in Kentish Town on Friday 11th Dec (now just less than two weeks away).
Again this meet will be in unison with the RSC.
Tickets are available for just under £20 including all the add ons. The preference being downstairs standing.
For anyone who hasn’t witnessed the Quireboys live it’s the nearest thing nowadays to an old fashioned Faces show. Although the Quireboys are a band in their own right they definitely tip their hat to Rod and the boys. It’s a guaranteed pre Christmas lift up.

We will meet from 6.30pm in the same pub as last year which is right next door to the Forum. The name slips my mind but will post nearer the date.
