The event will take place @ Battersea Evolution, London on Thursday 14th May 2009.
Following Tina Turner at the Bedrock ball in 2007 and Whitney Houston at the Legends ball in 2008, the headline act for the Butterfly Ball is one of the most successful international recording artists of all time Rod Stewart.
The event will be attended by celebrity guests from stage, screen, music and sport, with tables available for £5,000, £10,000, £15,000 or as part of one of the sponsorship packages.
Last year the evening generated £1,000,000 AVE (Advertising Value Equivalent) and was covered by national and international media including OK! Magazine, HELLO!, Daily Express, Daily Mirror, The Sun , ABC, CBS, Fox and Sky News.
Those who attended the Legends Ball helped Caudwell Children raise over £1,400,000 for equipment, therapy and treatment which helped children across the United Kingdom.

Richard Barker a young fundraiser who is assisting the charity has said he would like to offer discounted tables to members of SMILER.
