The Killers to cover Rod

'Young Turks' on new album

The Killers drummer Ronnie Vannucci told Q magazine that he has acquired some new "on-the-road" recording equipment enabling them to record while touring. Each band member gets to pick three tunes to cover, with Vannucci opting for Rod Stewart's Young Turks and tracks by Tom Waits and Genesis.

The killers have already covered Dire Straits' Romeo And Juliet,Joy Division's Shadowplay and Cyndi Lauper's Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
